Born into a wealthy family, his biological father Kang Doyoung and mother Cho Hyori had ambitions for the future. They hoped to rise to power, and become powerful officials that aim to oversee South Korea. Fate had other plans as death took Hwan’s father away leaving Hwan in the care of his mother. Hwan’s aunt eventually became a part of his life. Hwan spent a lot of his time with his mother and aunt who put him through vicarious training such as the art of bo-jitsu and gymnastics. Hwan grew up within the estate walls, familiarizing himself with the hidden crevices and secrets of the estate. It wasn’t until he was a teen when he discovered his parents’ shady business, getting involved with extortion, illegal trade, and other activities within the black market. Learning about this knowledge, Hwan’s perspective on his parents were completely changed. As inevitable as it may be, Hwan swore to not be like his parents.As time passed, Hwan’s mother was desperate — struggling financially. Within her trade, she met a wealthy godfather-like businessman with two sons named Moon Namgil. That was when she made the brash decision to marry Namgil, making him Hwan’s stepfather. Soon after the marriage, he alongside his sons moved into their family home, effectively naming it the Moon Estate, stripping away Doyoung’s legacy. With the money, he allowed Hwan and his mother to flourish whilst keeping a close eye on Hwan. When his mother was away, however, Namgil would force Hwan to maintain the estate while he held lavish parties. When his mother died under mysterious circumstances, Namgil’s

controlling and cruel nature began to surface from his stern facade. Eventually, he reduced Hwan into nothing more than one of his goons, having to take care of his dirty work. While he and his step brothers reaped the rewards, Hwan worked behind the scenes. He would hide dead bodies, provide information to his stepfamily, and stay behind to clean the scene of the crime. Not only was Hwan tasked with caring for the estate in Namgil’s absence, but he was tasked to partake in illegal activities against his own will. His stepbrothers were also hired hitmen, and were always placed as the center of attention. Additionally, they never made Hwan’s life any better, becoming a victim of bullying within his own home. With no father or mother, Hwan stood alone until his aunt came back into his life.As Hwan approached his eighteenth birthday, his aunt recruited him in secret as an assassin. Though reluctant to take a person’s life at first, he accepted. By this time, The Moon Family had grown as one of the most well known and corrupt families of South Korea, but his aunt had other plans. As a hired assassin by his aunt, Hwan was given various weapons such as a bo staff and dual pistols. He would be assigned to take down victims assigned by his step siblings, assuring he would get the job done before them. He was determined to make a name on his own accord to separate himself from the Moon family. But of course, his stepfamily couldn’t know what he was doing. To combat this, he fashioned a fine technological suit of silver, blue, and opal lining with a matching helm to mask his identity. To the citizens of Seoul, he became known as the ‘Midnight Glider’, an assassin of the night. Armed with a kinetic charged bo staff and dual pistols, he hunts and kills his victims right before midnight, leaving behind their favorite flower. Now at twenty years old, Hwan is faced with two legacies – one that will force him to remain a prisoner in his own home, or one where he is a merciless killer of the night.

As an expert at this art, Hwan is capable of shooting with perfect or near accuracy, merging his martial art skill with gunmanship. Every second, angle, bullet, and angle counts. _{Hwan is well known for his expertise in this martial art since childhood. Armed with a kinetic bo staff, he is capable of slashing, swinging, and jabbing at opponents at both close and distant range. Even without his bo staff however, he is skilled in hand to hand combat. Bojutsu is his preferred martial art. With the help of technology, Hwan’s staff can absorb kinetic energy and send devastating shock waves right back at opponents. Additionally, Hwan can stabilize the bo staff onto the ground and balance onto it, allowing for more creative and elegant attacks.}

_{Hwan is equipped with a hidden arsenal in his suit. With the help of his grandmother, he is capable of creating mini explosives that project glass shrapnels on impact. Another gadget Hwan holds is a grappling gun that allows him to reach high distances with ease. Additionally, Hwan’s supersuit in itself also has its hidden features, fitted for the silver assassin.}    SUIT FEATURES.

This allows him to slice through enemies with graceful kicks.Enhanced Jump: His suit is installed with a unique feature that enhances his jump, allowing him to leap impressive heights. This feature allows him to leap from building to building. Occasionally, this creates the illusion that Hwan effortlessly glides through the air.Sound Absorption: Another hidden feature in his boots allows Hwan to mute his footsteps, allowing him to sneak about undetected. This is especially useful during stealth missions and assassinations.Enhanced Durability: Hwan alone cannot resist fatal blows, explosions, etc. With the suit however, it allows him to resist most attacks that would otherwise be fatal versus without the suit.Built in Bluetooth: Hwan's helmet allows him to communicate with his aunt or anyone connected through the bluetooth. Additionally, the helm can also distort Hwan's voice, making sure his voice is unrecognizable.}

 SWORN OATH  Despite Namgil having many henchmen at his disposal, Hwan has loyal men who work as ‘double agents’, falsely working for Namgil. These men have previously been loyal to Hwan’s mother. RESEARCHER  Hwan takes his time with his victims, observing, researching, and recognizing behavioral patterns. He takes notes of their schedules, family members, and significant others. FAST REFLEXES  In close combat, Hwan can predict his opponents moves and either dodge or counterattack.    WEAKNESSES.
 LONE NATURE  Hwan’s solitary attitude makes it near impossible to work with others. Unless he is the leader of an operation, he refuses to obey anyone other than his aunt. PERFECTIONIST Hwan is someone who often plans ahead with every detail, so any stray away from his plan makes him one of the least cooperative people. HUMAN PHYSIOLOGY Compared to other superhumans, Hwan still retains a human anatomy and is susceptible to fatal blows, explosions, firearms, and magic attacks.

    RANDOM FACTS.
• If left idle for too long, Hwan becomes extremely fidgety, finding a need to do something. He's constantly on his feet, and remains diligent if he isn't tasked with responsibilities by his stepfamily.• Hwan is never really good at expressing his feelings. He's been forced to suppress them since the cruel leadership of his stepfather, Namgil.• Hwan fears growing attached too quickly in fear of being hurt by others. For this very reason, he sets many boundaries and limits time spent with people other than his stepfamily.• The Midnight Glider is a secret alias that not even his stepfamily is aware of. Thanks to the Estate's hidden rooms, Hwan is able to keep his equipment and suit hidden from the public eye.• Hwan was stripped of his mother's fortune the second she married Namgil. Before her death, she wrote Hwan out of the will. To this day, the reason is still unknown, but rumor has it Namgil forced her to remove Hwan from the will by force.• Hwan's favorite hobby is gardening. While his stepfamily is away, he spends time in the Estate's vast gardens to tend to his plants. It's also where he gets his flowers for his potential victims.• Hwan loves to cook, specifically samgyeopsal, gejang, jjampong, tteokbokki, and soondae. Though most of the time, a sandwich will suffice his appetite.
